• Cable One had outgrown their former building location and it did not allow them to expand their tele-communications system for the projected growth in the internet / phone industry.

• The nearly 9,000 S.F. facility allowed Cable One to establish a new tele-communications hub in a severe weather resistant structure.

• A modern open office concept was implemented to allow their staff collaborative interaction that wasn’t possible in the former location.
